**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor outreach efforts.
- **Sales Pitch & Presentations**:

- Effectively communicate Socialveins’ services and value proposition to prospects.
- Prepare and present tailored sales pitches, product demos, and proposals to clients.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Convert leads into paying clients by closing sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing and influencer management teams to align on sales strategies and client needs.
- Share customer feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and marketing strategies.
- **CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales metrics to meet individual and team targets.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**:

- Provide regular sales updates, performance reports, and forecasts to management.
- Analyze sales trends and client feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
- **Market Research & Industry Trends**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and competitor offerings.
- Leverage industry knowledge to position Socialveins as a leading solution provider in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
