**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish spice product distribution in the region
- Appoint and manage local distributors and retailers
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
- Strengthen dealer and retailer networks
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (spices preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dhar, Khargone, and surrounding markets
- Proven ability to appoint and manage channel partners
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

**Salary**: Best in Industry + Incentives
