**Qualification & Experience**:
M.Com with ICWA/ CMA with min 5 - 7 years of experience in Manufacturing unit.

Key Deliverables of the Role

- Driving the plant towards the successful implementation of all new additional controls and best practices as per the GRC guidelines and operational audit observations.
- Addressing various Queries pertaining to Implementation of revised finance policies & GRC Controls, review mechanisms, creditors ageing ,debtors ageing, commercial tax compliance related, accounts payable & accounts receivable functions, routing inventory accounting, Plant operational Report, Budget Vs actual, plant capitalization, plant manufacturing spend, spend cube analysis..etc.
- Timely Preparing the calibrating details for monthly operational result of the plant.
- Coordination with all the functional departments for closure of monthly accounts.
- Coordination & liaison with the statutory authorities for completion of various statutory tasks and remittance of the same.
- Providing training on GRC additional controls and ensuring effective implementation of the same.
- Ensure routine statutory payments are being made on time.
- Preparation of accounting MOR and other various MIS as and when required and circulation of the same to plant management team and corporate accounts for timely decision making.
- Perioding review of all books of accounts and initiating the clearing process of all open items within the timelines as per policy.
- Efficient Fixed asset management and ensuring timely capitalization of fixed assets in the Plant.
- Preparation of the annual budget for the plant related spend.
- Monthly review of Plant provisions related to all spend pertaining to In House.
- Preparation of Plant spend Cube for the month.
- Ensuring commercial controls are implemented through regular audits in house and in Business Associate location
- Developing an action plan to ensure closure of Gaps post the audits in various locations.
- Ensure all statutory records & MIS are maintained without any discrepancy and provide the same as and when required (Audits ).
- Efficient scrap management and identify and develop new vendors for the sale of the same
- Preparation of the annual budget for the plant related spend.
- Conducting audit annually in order to monitor fixed asset In House and in Business Associate locations.
- Preparation of Operational controls for COSO.
- Developing new vendors and finalizing the rates wrt transportation and scrap management.

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of Commercial functions at manufacturing units
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, power point
- Good knowledge in SAP. Understanding on CSR executions
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Speaking skills for handling various stakeholders and vendors
- Language Skills - Tamil (Proficient) & English (Proficient)
