**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with our business goals and enhance our online presence.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each social platform. Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice and identity.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to drive better engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- **Community Engagement**: Manage and grow our social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with users in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance. Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Adjust strategies based on insights.
- **Collaborations & Partnerships**: Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and other departments (sales, customer service, etc.) to create and promote joint campaigns or initiatives.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms and digital content. Maintain high standards of quality, tone, and style.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend and implement new strategies, technologies, or trends that could improve performance.
- **Paid Social Advertising**: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to ensure budget efficiency and achieve marketing goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Social Media Manager** or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
- Expertise in **social media management tools** (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and **analytics platforms** (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of **SEO**, **paid advertising**, and **content marketing**.
- Experience with **paid social media campaigns** (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- A degree in **Marketing**, **Communications**, or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **graphic design** or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- Knowledge of **video editing** and content production.
- Familiarity with **e-commerce platforms** (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and **conversion optimization** strategies.
