Role Overview

This role will involve:
Creating and posting content for our social media channels

Managing influencer and creator collaborations

Assisting with everyday content creation including basic photos, videos, and reels in collaboration with our agency

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Schedule, and post content across platforms

Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels

Monitor performance and community engagement

Content Creation

Capture day-to-day content including behind-the-scenes, food visuals, staff stories, customer moments, etc.

Work closely with the team to ideate and execute fun, relevant, and platform-appropriate content

Create basic photo and video content for stories, reels, and feed posts (with phone)

Influencer & Creator Collaboration

Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with relevant creators for influencer marketing campaigns

Manage the logistics and execution of collaborations

Track performance and maintain a database of collaborators

Trendspotting & Innovation

Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and challenges that align with our brands

Bring fresh ideas to the table regularly to keep our content engaging

**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing (experience in hospitality or F&B is a plus)

Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video platforms

Basic editing skills for photo and video (tools like InShot, Canva, or mobile apps are okay)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-starter with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail

Comfort with on-ground content capture in stores (phone-based is acceptable)

Location: Gurugram (Travel to Delhi, Dehradun, Mohali as and when required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
