As a social media content creator for our wedding event management company, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and attract potential clients. You will work closely with our marketing team and event planners to create compelling content that reflects our brand identity and showcases our expertise in creating unforgettable weddings and events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok. This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, stories, reels, and blog posts.
- **Content Planning and Scheduling**: Plan and schedule content calendars in advance, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns and company events.
- **Photography and Videography**: Capture high-quality photos and videos of weddings and events organized by our company to use in social media content. Edit and enhance visuals as needed to maintain a cohesive and professional aesthetic.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build relationships and foster a sense of community around our brand.
- **Influencer and Partner Collaborations**: Identify and collaborate with influencers, vendors, and other partners to expand our reach and promote our services to new audiences.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth using analytics tools. Use data insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- **Stay Updated on Social Media Trends**: Keep abreast of latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media marketing. Experiment with new formats and features to keep our content fresh and innovative.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Portfolio of previous social media content creation work.
- Flexibility to attend events and weddings on evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for weddings, events, and storytelling through visual content.
