As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media platforms. You will assist in developing social media strategies, track campaign performance, and interact with our online community. You’ll be working closely with the marketing team to build our online presence and engage with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels.
- Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track social media trends and assist in creating content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports on social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in social media and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience with social media is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
