- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and redirecting them to the relevant departments.
- Engage with prospective clients, converting inquiries into leads through effective communication and a friendly approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to enhance the company's image.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, managing appointments, and coordinating office supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and visitors by providing a personalized and high-quality customer experience.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries with the goal of converting them into successful business opportunities.
- Ensure that all client communications are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
