Take ownership of all accounting.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations

Prepare, send, collect, and reconcile accounts receivable invoices in quick books.

Receive, Enter, prepare to pay, and reconcile accounts payable invoices

Research and resolve accounts payable issues

Assist with expense report and tracking.

Verify and process Invoices/Bills.

Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices and regulatory changes

Manage accounting transactions

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Generate invoices and accounts statements

Maintain accounts receivable files and records

Performing Account reconciliation

Investigate or resolve issues related to customer accounts

Ensure compliance with GST regulations, taxation and invoicing requirements

Assists in general financial management and analysis

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally & SAP (preferred)
