**REPORTING RELATIONSHIP**

POSITION REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT MANAGER

DEPARTMENT: QSF ACCOUNTING - FINANCE

POSITION LOCATION: VADODARA, INDIA

The QSF Accounts Executive is responsible for conducting thorough audit of QSFs by performing reconciliation and

analysis of payment data from multiple sources including but not limited to QuickBooks, internal database, Treasury

reports, spreadsheets, etc. The QSF Accounts Executive plays a key role in providing outstanding client service by

responding timely to internal and external inquiries regarding status of various QSF entities.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle high volume of transactions with utmost accuracy within prescribed timelines.
- Performs reconciliations and analysis of ledgers to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Maintain accurate historical records and documentation for audit support
- Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and

confidentiality of all information

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Graduation (Bachelors) in Accounting; Masters’ will be an advantage
- 2-3 years Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, or other relevant experience
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of US offices

- Job involves supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of US offices, and hence requires

flexibility to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
