**Responsibilities**:

Champion the use of agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices in product development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a technology leader with a strong track record of innovation and technical excellence.
- Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and engineering principles.
- Experience with leading and managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in security, compliance, and data protection.
