Chief Product

As the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our product offerings and technology infrastructure for RateGain's Distribution business line. You will be responsible for leading the product and technology teams to create and deliver exceptional SaaS products that meet the needs of our customers while also driving the company's bottom-line growth.

Key Responsibilities:
**Product Strategy and Development**:

- Develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's overall strategy and market trends.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather feedback and insights to improve product offerings.

**Innovation and R&D**:

- Stay at the forefront of technology trends and advancements relevant to the SaaS industry.
- Drive innovation and research efforts to continuously enhance product capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or investments that align with the company's growth objectives.

**Technology Infrastructure**:

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a robust and scalable technology infrastructure that supports the company's SaaS offerings.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the technology stack to meet customer expectations and compliance requirements.

- Build and lead a high-performing product and technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

**Migration of Legacy Product to New Architecture Without Downtime**

As the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), you will also be responsible for overseeing a seamless migration of our legacy product to a new architecture without causing any disruption to our customers' operations. This migration process is critical to ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our offerings, and your leadership in this area will be instrumental in the success of the transition.

- Proven experience as a senior executive in a global SaaS company, with significant exposure to product management and technology leadership.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative SaaS products that have driven business growth.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align product strategies with revenue generation and profitability goals.
- Proven experience in successfully leading complex migration projects, particularly involving mission-critical systems and high transactional products.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with legacy systems and modern technologies, enabling a smooth migration process.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred) from Tier A institutes
