**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate agri-input solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business.
- Provide timely and accurate information on order status and delivery.
- Handle inquiries and offer expert advice on crop schedules, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in technical sales support and guide internal teams for cross-selling opportunities.
- Respond to farmers queries and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare crop advisory content and schedules based on seasonal demand.

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and digital)
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Sound knowledge of agriculture practices, common pests, diseases, and nutrient management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Dedication, honesty, punctuality, and resilience
- Passionate, self-motivated, and goal-driven

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
