Position Title: Inside Sales Associate (Office Job) (No targets for this)

Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer serves as a technical expert and consultant during the sales process, providing technical solutions and expertise to prospective clients. This role bridges the gap between sales and engineering by understanding customer needs and translating them into viable product or service offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of company products or services, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
- Solution Design: Design customized solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring they align with technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and quotations for prospective clients.
- Customer Consultation: Act as a consultant to customers, offering technical advice, recommendations, and best practices to address their challenges and achieve their goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support to customers post-sales

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in technical sales, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
