Your role will involve building customer relationships, understanding their needs, and persuading them to utilize our services. **Responsibilities**: - Identify and contact potential clients via phone calls. - Maintain and update a database of prospective clients. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients. - Provide detailed information about water treatment plants, including benefits and features. - Address client inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns. - Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback. - Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients. - Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in water treatment. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on tele calling activities. - Track and report on the status of leads and sales opportunities. **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a Science specialization is a plus. - Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and explain technical information related to water treatment. - Languages**:Kannada, Hindi & English** is Mandatory - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. **Perks and Benefits**: **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: - Morning shift
