The F&B Executive is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring smooth operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, banquets, and events in line with five-star service standards. The role involves maintaining guest satisfaction, managing staff performance, monitoring cost controls, and supporting revenue growth while upholding the hotel’s quality and luxury standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience in all F&B outlets with personalized and attentive service.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring service recovery and satisfaction.
- Maintain service quality standards in restaurants, banquets, room service, and bars.
- Supervise and guide F&B service associates, ensuring grooming, discipline, and performance standards.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign daily tasks to team members.
- Assist in training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge, upselling skills, and service excellence.
- Promote and upsell F&B offerings, special menus, and promotions.
- Support the F&B Manager in achieving outlet sales targets and banquet revenue goals.
- Assist in menu planning and suggesting innovative ideas to boost F&B sales.

**Administration & Compliance**
- Monitor inventory, consumption, and wastage to control costs effectively.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly maintained as per HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless service.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain checklists, and assist in monthly stock-takes.

**Coordination & Support**
- Work closely with Banquet Sales, Culinary, and Housekeeping teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure VIP and VVIP protocols are followed as per hotel standards.
- Support in budget preparation, cost control, and performance review.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
