**Job Summary**: As a Two-Wheeler Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and repair services for their two-wheelers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed information about services and repairs needed.
- Create and manage service orders, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding service progress.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Assist in managing the service department's daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
