Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Installation and Configuration: Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network interface cards (NICs).

2. Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patches, and troubleshoot network issues, including identifying and resolving problems.

3. Network Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.

4. Network Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor network performance, including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss, and optimize network configuration for improved performance.

5. User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users, including resolving network-related issues and providing training on network usage.

6. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, including network configuration documents, maintenance records, and troubleshooting logs.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
