**Role**:Sales Executive Intern (Full-Time, On-Site)

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana (Sector 44)

**About My Side Team**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, digital campaign, and execution teams to ensure lead handoffs and seamless coordination.
- **CRM & Pipeline Management**:Log every interaction in the CRM, update lead status, and track progress toward targets.
- **Incentive-Based Motivation**:Drive performance through structured incentive schemes linked to lead quality and volume.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome, but 1+ years of experience in sales or telecalling—especially in B2B/SaaS—is preferred.

**Skill Set**:

- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- High motivation & goal-oriented.
- Quick learner with basic CRM familiarity.
- Strong team player with positive attitude.

**Educational Background**: Any bachelor’s degree; marketing or business studies background is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Stipend**: As per industry and internal standards.
