Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** This position in the APAC Clinical team is to support the fast growth of APAC region to create world class event experience to dental professionals and internal employees. We are inviting talent to join our team to take Align Education to the next height. He/She will be supporting to manage wide range of educational events from webinars to conferences within the region, from live to virtual depending on the business needs **In this role, you will** - Report to the Senior Director, Clinical, Asia Pacific - Support to execute regional education events from webinars to conferences for both internal and external events and live, virtual, and hybrid events - Manage 3rd party webinar platform, streamline workflow and integrate with internal system - Set up events on internal system (Event Management Tool in Salesforce) for both local and regional events from event creation, invitation to registration - Optimise event management system to create and improve tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Perform system testing for event platform and digital education portals or any education related platform/infrastructure - Maintain and update the EMT playbook - Track and publish event records - Support other regional projects **In this role, you’ll need ** - To be a degree holder preferably in business management - To have at least 3 years of work experience in event management - To have experience in using event management systems and webinar platforms - To have strong implementation skills with excellent execution and attention to detail - To have effective communication and to be collaborative with all the regional teams, countries’ counterparts and external agencies - To be very organised in managing and coordinating events and projects - To be a fast learner - To have experience working in the Asia-Pacific region is an advantage **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
