**Clinical Oversight**:

- Supervise and support nursing and clinical staff in providing home-based patient care.
- Ensure all clinical services are delivered according to physician orders and patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed.

**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA).
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident reviews.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives.

**Staff Management & Training**:

- Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and aides.
- Schedule and supervise field staff; ensure adequate coverage and appropriate patient assignments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing education/training.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee clinical documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and reporting.
- Collaborate with billing and intake departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely submission of required documentation.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for physicians, patients, and families regarding clinical issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
