Qualification : M Pharm / B Pharm / BSC /MSC

**Job Description : -**
- Timely renewal of license and certificates.
- Perform and monitor process validation activities.
- Perform and monitor cleaning validation activities.
- Ensure that procedure and specification are appropriate and followed
- Ensure that appropriate manufacturing in process controls are implemented.
- Ensure that in process controls are performed during operation and results are satisfactory.
- Ensure that outside party calibration and validations are done as per schedule
- Responsible for document management system
- Prepare departmental SOPs & ensure systems are in compliance with current SOPs.
- Issuance and review Batch Manufacturing record
- Line clearance during the batch manufacturing and packing
- monitoring cGMP compliance at shop floor
- Timely updation of specification and method of analysis
- Resolve customer queries
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Responsible for Batch release in absence of Quality Assurance Manager
- Manage the CAPA system and ensure that appropriate corrective, preventive actions are implemented.
- Handling of product complaints
- Implementing recall procedures if necessary

Experience : 4 - 5 years

Work location : Vasai (East)

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
