  • Responsible for overall Quality Control and Assurance of CNC machined, turned, and high-precision components. Conduct in-process, final, and incoming inspections using instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, and Surface Tester.
  • Ensure adherence to dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and customer specifications. Prepare and maintain quality documents such as Inspection Reports, PPAP, and Control Plans.
  • Monitor process quality and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues and improve process capability. Maintain calibration records and ensure periodic verification of all measuring instruments.
  • Support audits (internal, customer, and ISO) and ensure compliance with QMS standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections and enhance product consistency.
  • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience in Quality Control of precision machined parts.
