- Monthly MIS and dashboard Report preparation for QA Function and present to top management.
- Handling incoming, In-process, NPD quality function along with 28 down line quality inspector and 3 shifts supervisors.
- Prepare and drive implementation of the Quality assurance plan. (Monitor of inspection, testing, FG products as per QAP)
- Prepared Daily rejection report and schedule daily rejection meet with all staffs in morning.
- Prepared Monthly rejection reports and schedule monthly Rejection meet with all HODs.
- Working on COPQ Reduction by improvement projects with CFT Team.
- Customer complaint handling, 8D report preparations & closure of customer complaints on customer Portal.
- Handling NPD quality for new projects for automotive and export customers.
- PPAP documents preparation for New and existing products.
- Handling IMS Internal and External audits in shopfloor. And handle 3rd party customer audits.
- Conducting internal audits in plant as per annual internal audit plan.
- Conducting Process Audit, 4M condition audit to reduce non-compliances & achieve customer satisfaction.
- Identified failure modes in process through PFMEA approach. Prepared PFMEA for existing and new process.
- Improving Quality by using 7QC tools, SPC, control Plan, why why analysis report.
- Updated QM 10 step methodology for existing as well as new products.
- Implementation of KAIZEN, Poka-Yoke, OPL, 5S.
- Conducted MSA study for all new inspectors and training all new Inspectors for product checking and testing.
- Ensure calibration of all testing equipment’s.
- Supplier product & process improvement.
- Responsible for handling outsource processing (OSP) of Products at supplier end and establishing quality systems to achieve desired quality product. (Plastic Parts)
