Job Title: Process Associate, Medical Billing

Location: Ahmedabad.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated process associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence in medical billing.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing patient information for accuracy and completeness.
- Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
- Entering patient demographics and insurance information into billing software.
- Generating and submitting claims to insurance companies electronically or by mail.
- Monitoring the status of claims and following up on outstanding or rejected claims.
- Resolving billing discrepancies and coding issues.
- Communicating with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Posting payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
- Assisting with month-end closing processes and reporting.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in medical billing regulations and coding guidelines.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or certification in medical billing is preferred.
- Proven experience in medical billing or healthcare administration.
- Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of insurance billing processes and regulations.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
- Willingness to adapt to changes in procedures and technology.

Benefits: 5 days of working, joining bonus, flexible shift time. Yearly bonus, monthly incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
