Job Title: Process Associate

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in dental billing (Freshers also considered)

Location: S.G Highway, Ahmedabad

Industry: Dental and Medical Billing - Voice Process

Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (5 Days Working)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify dental and medical insurance eligibility for patients.
- Handle dental and medical billing inquiries through voice communication.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance providers.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of dental and medical claims.
- Opportunity to grow in the field of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in a night shift
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of dental billing and revenue cycle management processes
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
