**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 300+ outbound calls per day to engage prospective students from the academy’s database.
- Convince students to attend walk-in sessions or participate in webinars for counseling.
- Provide detailed information about courses, services, and benefits of the academy’s offerings.
- Schedule appointments for prospective students to meet with counselors for further discussions.
- Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion rates.
- Maintain and update accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Ensure professional grooming and appearance at all times while on calls.
- Report on call outcomes, feedback, and any challenges faced during outreach.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
- Professional grooming and appearance at all times.
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
- Fluency in [local language(s)] and English is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
