Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of any client issues.

Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver presentations or reports to clients on service performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts and work towards achieving revenue targets.

Monitor market trends and competitors to stay informed about industry developments and provide strategic insights to clients.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and communications in the CRM system.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,936.89 - ₹38,283.38 per month
