**Title**: Junior Book Designer/Graphic Designer - Print & eBooks

**About Us**:
We are a specialized book design company, catering to publishers and authors globally. Our expertise spans fiction, non-fiction, academic, and children’s books. We design for both print and eBooks, ensuring professional quality and platform compatibility.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking talented **Book Designers** to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and technically accurate book covers and interior layouts for both print and digital formats.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe InDesign**
- Knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator**
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and composition
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Knowledge of EPUB export and basic HTML/CSS for eBooks (preferred)
- Experience in academic formatting or multiple languages (plus point)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design book covers across genres (fiction, non-fiction, academic, children’s, etc.)
- Typeset and format interior pages for print and eBooks
- Ensure designs meet print/eBook platform requirements
- Select appropriate fonts, manage typography, and maintain visual consistency
- Prepare final files for press and digital distribution
- Collaborate with project managers, authors, and publishers for feedback and revisions

**Experience**:

- 0-3 years experience in book design/typesetting (freshers with strong portfolios considered)

**Location & Mode**:

- Onsite / Hybrid

**Portfolio Requirement**:
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing good graphic design skills.
Portfolios with book cover and interior page designs is a plus point.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
