Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review radiology reports and documentation to accurately assign CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure coding accuracy and completeness while adhering to coding guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends related to radiology coding.
- Provide training and guidance to junior coders and staff members on radiology coding practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with billing and reimbursement teams to optimize revenue cycle management and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Participate in coding-related meetings, workshops, and educational programs to enhance coding skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong focus on Radiology.
- AAPC certification (CPC, CRC) is required.
- Proficiency in assigning CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes for radiology procedures and services.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and radiology imaging techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
