Should have worked on HCC projects
- Reviews the documentation in patients' medical records and translates the same into universally accepted, industry-standard medical codes.
- Understand basic coding guidelines and ability to interpret Super bills & Medical records for ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS
- To code charts based on standard coding tools (AAPC coding manuals & Super coder)
- To check with Team-Leader for any client updates
- Meeting all set productivity and quality targets including TAT
- Identify issues and escalate the same to the Team Leader/Manager
- Update Production logs
- Adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations
- To follow quality processes using checklists
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
