**Job Responsibilities of Telecaller**

1. Inbound Call Handling Process (30%)

a. Handling inbound calls. (Leads, Complaints, Customer Queries, Grievances, others) (40%)

b. Ensuring the compliance on tracking the inbound calls. (20%)

c. Sharing the leads/ complaints, customer queries, grievances, others with the respective divisional team members, and follow-up for the closures (40%)

2. Outbound Call Handling Process (50%)

a. Tele-Marketing Activities (40%)

b. Doing KYC Calls, Lead verification calls, Logistic tracking calls, Post installation, Preventive maintenance, Post Service Calls to customers. (20%)

c. Compliance on tracking the outbound calls (20%)

d. Actions on the outcomes (20%)

3. Process Compliance (15%)

a. Ensuring compliance of the internal and external process. (20%)

b. CRM Compliance (40%)

c. Process Reporting (40%)

4. Intra Department Team Coordination (5%)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
