Job Summary:
Alpha Packaging Company is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in generating and maintaining sales leads.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, proposals, and presentations.
2. Customer Service:
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Order Processing:
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
5. Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely deliveries to customers.
6. Communication:
- Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
- Provide clear and effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
7. Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and promotions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
8. Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Any degree with system knowledge.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,931.60 - ₹25,404.51 per month
