As an MIS Executive, you will play a vital role in our data management and analysis processes. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain management information systems, generate reports, and perform data analysis to support decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports for various departments.
- Design and implement Macros to automate repetitive tasks.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to create actionable insights.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Support ad-hoc data requests.
- Create dashboards and visual representations of data.
- Identify trends and patterns in data and report findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and Macros.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
