The MIS Executive will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing the company's Management Information System to support decision-making processes. This role involves data analysis, report generation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The MIS Executive will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze data from various sources within the organization.
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
- Maintain and update the Management Information System database.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and improvement.
- Train end-users on MIS tools, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Excellent advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
