**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services in UP and Uttarakhand markets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across industrial and institutional sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, pricing, and client servicing.
- Achieve sales and marketing targets within specified timelines.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.
- Travel to Uttarakhand for business development, client interaction, and project support as required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- MBA in Marketing (full-time preferred).
- Minimum **2-5 years of relevant experience** in industrial marketing, B2B sales, or project-based business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare marketing plans, reports, and forecasts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to fieldwork/travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively to Uttarakhand as part of the role.

**Preferred Experience**
- Exposure to engineering/industrial products, EPC projects, or technical sales.
- Experience in client acquisition, institutional sales, or government projects.
- Familiarity with the Uttarakhand industrial market will be an added plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
