**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates or freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in business development. This is a great opportunity to build experience in B2B lead generation, client outreach, and global sales processes. You will work with an experienced team and receive training on tools, outreach strategies, and market research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying potential leads in international markets
- Help schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with senior team members to improve campaign performance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- MBA graduates or freshers with a keen interest in international sales and marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in international time zones

**What You’ll Get**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
