**Responsibities**:
1. Takes responsibility for inventory accounting, maintain of excise records.

2. Take responsibility for daily GRN entry.

3. Inventory entry, issue and FG entry.

4. Daily sales invoicing.

5. Processing of Bills.

6. Sales Tax return and tax calculation.

7. Service Tax Return and Tax calculation.

8. Excise record keeping and return submission.

9. Overseeing liasioning and factory compliances.

10. EPF, ESI return submission and liability calculation and updation of statutory register.

11. Prepares documents of excise refund and responsible for getting timely refund and follows up with excise authorities.

12. Takes responsibility for preparation of invoices for the customers and ensure timely followups to reach the invoices to the corporate office.

13. Submit of return to sales tax office, excise range office and excise division office.

14. Maintaining and updation of excise records on daily basis: entry in RG 23 PART I, PART II, sales register, RG23 A finished goods register.

15. Record keeping for Road permit utilization and c form etc.

16. Responsible for timely payment of statutory tax like entry tax, excise tax, service tax, ESI, PF and sales tax.
