We are looking for a Maintenance Executive.

**About Protech Group**:
Protech Group is one of the best real estate companies in Guwahati dealing in residential flats, commercial and warehouse projects from the past 17 years.

**Work Location**:

- Guwahati, ASSAM

**Shift Timings**:

- 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- Monday to Saturday
- ** Duty Timings might change time to time on the basis of emergency._

**Summary**:
The Maintenance Executive serves as a primary point of contact for customers in matters of maintenance issues of the apartment units of building. The role requires the individual to attend to both indoor & outdoor duties, events as directed by the company management.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- He/She will attend to the queries/complaints/grievances of the customer and resolve the same or communicate it immediately to head office.
- He/she should be technically strong in identifying defects in flats/apartments and provide solution.
- Carry out inspections of the building to identify and resolve issues.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Maintenance role.
- Tech Savvy individual with knowledge of modern technology in terms of Computers, Cellphones, Electronic Equipment.
