**Role**: Production Support Tech Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Good analytical, logical, trouble shooting, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
- both written and verbal, critical thinking, patience, ability to work well under pressure..
- He/She manages the team (around 6+) to ensure that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures.
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
- Prioritize multiple, open issues.
- Should be available all the time (24*7) over the phone and ready to work on Sat/Sun (if required).
- Resource should be ready to work from Mumbai, GITC Belapur office (Mon to Fri and Banking working Sat), No WFH.
