We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **E-Commerce Intern** or **Junior Executive**. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and Shopify websites while working in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing **Amazon Seller Central** operations, including product listings, order management, and account health monitoring.
- Support in creating, updating, and optimizing **Shopify websites**, including product uploads, content updates, and minor troubleshooting.
- Conduct **keyword research** and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating with logistics partners for order fulfillment.
- Help set up and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance metrics.
- Assist in generating performance and sales reports for both Amazon and Shopify platforms.
- Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in **Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially **Amazon Seller Central** and **Shopify**.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of tools like **Helium 10**, **Jungle Scout**, or other Amazon tools.
- Experience or coursework related to digital marketing or e-commerce.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
