**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across multiple e-commerce platforms including **Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa**, and others.
- Monitor platform performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless listing workflows and brand consistency.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using **Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)**.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in listing quality, ranking, visibility, and customer engagement.
- Ensure smooth order processing, returns handling, inventory sync, and seller compliance across platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** managing e-commerce platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of **Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, and similar marketplaces**.
- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.)**.
- Ability to analyze numbers, performance metrics, and trends to build actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
