**Position Description**:

- Job Title:_ Affiliate Sales and Marketing Representative.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Execute direct sales and marketing initiatives using the company's Mobile App

2. Achieve sales targets through order generation

3. Promote the brand and raise market awareness

4. Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

5. Maintain professional and authentic communications with customers, including excellent after-sales follow-ups to establish long-term relationships

6. Generate sales through various methods (door-to-door, shop-to-shop, referrals, remote work)

7. Develop new leads (retailers and wholesalers)

8. Report daily activities and achievements to superiors

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. 1 to 3 years of experience in direct sales and marketing

2. Minimum education requirement is 10th standard completion

3. Comfortable using smartphones and using the Mobile App for business transactions

**Other Requirements**:
1. Gender: Open to all

2. Business model knowledge: B2B, B2C, D2C, etc.

3. Good communication skills, including local languages

4. No cash transactions - all business must be conducted through the Mobile App as pre-paid

**Job Type**: Full-time or Part-time positions available

**Compensation**:
1. Commission-based earnings

2. Rank-dependent salary as detailed in the Affiliate ranks on our website

**Schedule**: Flexible shifts

**Additional Pay (Depends on Company's Business, it may declare)**:
1. Performance bonus

2. Yearly bonus
