**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the plywood industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating sales leads, and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Present and promote the company's products and services to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English is required. Proficiency in Hindi and Bengali is a priority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in the plywood or construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
