Overview:
JD-16A - Crash & Safety : CAE Engineer/Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and validate the FEA model.
- Debug and Solve CAE calculations of Full vehicle automotive system/ Sub system.
- Able to validate correctness of CAE results & Proceed Evaluations
- Finding issue, Root cause, Mechanism and propose feasible solutions
- Deliver analysis results to the reporting project Leader/Team leader
- Following the best practice methods

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Essential skills:

- Good knowledge of automotive modeling.
- Good Knowledge of Model building using ANSA..
- Knowledge of Non-linear analysis using Explicit solver (PAMCRASH or LS-DYNA).
- Software skills required for the job: ANSA, PAMCRASH or LS-DYNA, Animator
- Knowledge in FE model Quality criteria
- Prepare standard reports based on test data.
- Should be able to communicate and report clearly to the Reporting engineer

Desired skills:

- Knowledge in Automotive Systems / Vehicle Structure
- Knowledge in building FE without CAD
- Knowledge in updating trim body and debug for crash.
- Good knowledge of Safety regulations & NCAP for Crash
