**Job Description: System Administrator and IT Support Specialist (Exp required 2-4 Years Only)**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Wi-Fi and Internet Support**
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and internet connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with service providers for installations, upgrades, and issue resolution.

**2. IT Assets Management**
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment.
- Ensure proper licensing and compliance for software and systems.

**3. VPN Support**
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot VPN connections for secure remote access.
- Provide end-user support for VPN-related issues.
- Monitor and enhance VPN performance and security protocols.

**4. General IT Support**
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve IT challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi systems, internet protocols, and networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
- Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and platforms like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
