- Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Set up new hardware, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Oversee the functionality of network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, Perl, etc.
- Understanding of network administration, security, and hardware
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring and tuning
- Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical documentation

Pay: ₹11,310.76 - ₹44,761.46 per month
