**System Administrator** is the first line IT support for our Winshuttle employees including remote employees. This role is critical to the reputation of the IT department. This role requires someone who has a passion for helping others with the ability to provide exceptional customer service, be focused, and multitask, strong problem resolution, excellent communication and follow through, process discipline and patience.

**Responsibilities**:
**YOU WILL**:

- Be the first point of contact and management of help desk tickets, manage the ticket request queue and track ticket resolution in accordance with Winshuttle’ s global service level agreements.
- Facilitate new hire orientation in the use of Winshuttle IT processes and all standard business software deployed on our employee computers.
- Have ability to support employees with systems, desk phones, mobile devices, copy machines and other technology products.
- Monitor and administer software licenses using Software inventory system.
- Be a Subject matter expert on video conferencing and web conferencing solutions.
- Be responsible for creating, terminating, and administering all user accounts including Active Directory, Office 365, and GoToMeeting etc.
- Be responsible to installation configuration and troubleshoot Dev/Test tools.
- Be responsible for keep up to date Winshuttle system’s by follow up with fellow System Administrators of each office for patching.
- Be responsible for Assets deployment to new hires by follow with System Administrator of each office and troubleshooting User phone system.
- Be responsible Antivirus Software deployment and troubleshoot.
- Create knowledge base articles and instructional documents.
- Manage Winshuttle Monitoring systems (Logic Monitor) and resolve alerts by own or with help of desired IT Engineer.

Qualifications:
**YOU HAVE**:

- 3-4 years experience as an Enterprise Helpdesk or equivalent position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
- Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, Manageable Switch, Azure, AWS, Monitoring Systems and Exchange can be added advantage.
- 2-3 years previous experience managing Windows Servers, Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory domain, Office 365, Printers, Enterprise Wireless Systems, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s and ticketing software’s.

**GOOD TO HAVE**:

- High level of proficiency with Windows Servers, Windows 7/8/10, Active Directory domain, Office 365, Printer, Enterprise Wireless System, DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s and ticketing software’s.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management software a plus.
