**Salary**:

- Fresher: ₹14,000 per month for 12 hours work hour
- 12 hours per day
- Experienced: ₹16,000 per month (based on relevant experience) work hour
- 12 hours per day

**Job Description**:

- Operating machines and equipment in a production environment
- Handling daily production tasks as per supervisor’s instructions
- Ensuring quality control and reporting defects if any
- Maintaining cleanliness and discipline on shop floor
- Adhering to safety guidelines and operational procedures

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and willing to work 12-hour shifts
- Basic understanding of machines (for Machine Operator role)
- Punctual, disciplined, and ready to work in a team

Pay: ₹9,493.34 - ₹17,000.00 per month
