**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup and Preparation**:Prepare and set up injection molding machines according to production specifications and requirements.
Install molds, nozzles, and other necessary equipment for each production run.
Adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to achieve optimal production results.

**Production Operation**:Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic products with precision and efficiency.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules.
Monitor and maintain proper material levels, ensuring a continuous production flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues, and escalate larger problems to maintenance or supervisors.

**Quality Control**:Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
Monitor and control production parameters to prevent defects and ensure consistent product quality.
Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product dimensions and specifications.

**Maintenance and Cleaning**:Perform routine maintenance tasks on injection molding machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

**Documentation**:Record production data, machine settings, and quality control results accurately and in a timely manner.
Complete production reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Injection Molding Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production documents.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.
